Sign Up Now!It's a handicapped game but that's the only way to make it competitive. In English season at the roughest time of year while NRL teams haven't played a practice game yet.Kind of amazing how often nrl teams lose the club world championship
NRL sides have now lost the last three editions of the World Club Challenge to Super League teams which shows that the British rugby league system is beginning to catch up with us even though Australia is still the dominant force in international rugby league.Kind of amazing how often nrl teams lose the club world championship
I think even in the past they used to lose a lot too (I'm thinking of the Leeds Rhinos dominance of the Super League early/mid 2000s)NRL sides have now lost the last three editions of the World Club Challenge to Super League teams which shows that the British rugby league system is beginning to catch up with us even though Australia is still the dominant force in international rugby league.

Why not? Oh, right...Rest assured it wont me a womens NRL game.
Not sure what the NRL is smoking here, soccer is nearly double their numbers.

It's interesting, you can probably watch any game from the 2000's onwards, and quality on the field wise, everything is almost the same. Compare that with football, and the game changes quite a bit, and always has.I wish our game called this out more. I grew up with rugby league and was obsessed as a kid. I still wish the game well but the 'greatest game of all' and all the other hyperbole you see now with play that honestly isn't better than the 2000's golden era just overhypes it.
Having been in a packed MCG (AFL and WWE) and packed Stadium Australia (NRL and Socceroos) - I think the latter feels like something else when it's full. Would love to experience a full Suncorp though. It's interesting with age that as a kid NRL games on TV and at the ground seemed massive. It was the lights and noise. Looking back there were only 8k there but it felt like 30k. I did go to the 99 opening double header at stadium Australia and that was something else. The roof just went up and up.
Half an empty stadium.12–12 at almost half time in the Knights vs Cowboys game in Vegas. Massive choke from the Knights who were up 12–0.
No, it’s for gambling. Las Vegas is the gambling capital of the world so it’s just a way to get American gamblers on board, and partly to grow rugby league in the US.Half an empty stadium.
Is Vegas really that lucrative for the NRL?
Broncos might have been looking at khomeni to replace their aging halfback. I guess that ship has sailed nowYou in the right thread mate? @Sharkman84
