Toughest match first against bangkok. If we win that the path to the semi looms achievable

Forged nationalities I think?

A few ways this can go for spots. If we sneak above China, and Malaysia finish this coefficient ranking above Vietnam and Singapore, then we get the extra ACLE spot. If we stay below China, we get an ACL2 direct spot.

If Singapore or Vietnam go above Malaysia, we get an ACL2 playoff spot. If we also go above China, we get the direct ACL2 spot.

I think... it's hard to sort through reading on my phone haha

A 3rd ACL spot would be great.
 
I'm guessing this would mean four extra slots in each of east and west! Would be good to have an automatic spot for Vietnam and Singapore, they're both within reach of it already.




I wouldn't even bother with entry playoffs, just have direct spots. Based on current coefficients, what would be fair:

Japan - 4
Korea Republic - 3
Thailand - 2
China PR - 2
Australia - 2
Malaysia - 1
Vietnam - 1
Singapore - 1

On the one hand its better for our development to have more clubs in asia

On the other hand im enjoying the jeopardy that comes with how sparse spots are

Do you know what the criteria is for more spots in the Womens Champions League?
At the moment we’re allocated only a spot for the Premiers.
We don’t have a womens cup competition and the AFC doesn’t recognise the finals play offs.

Expansion. At the moment nobody has more than one spot. Nevertheless the A-League has far the best AFC coefficient (being the best women's league in Asia), so if the AFC gave teams multiple spots we would be first in line.

Thanks for the info, you would think that any expansion would be via a cup competition.
