Aussies abroad 🌍🦘

If Mathews hits form I'd have have as a RCB option with one of Degenek or Geria making way.
No way Popovic will be dropping Degenek, he's the heart and soul of the team. Back 3 of Circati, Souttar & Burgess please & thank you Tony

Kenny Dougall played the entirety of Buriram United's 2-2 AFC Champions League Elite draw with Gangwon FC, getting a yellow card in the 47th minute, as did Curtis Good.

Kevin Muscat's Shanghai Port played out a scoreless AFC Champions League Elite draw with Johor Darul Ta'zim.

Bailey Wright starts for Lion City Sailors as captain in their last AFC Champions League Two group G game against Selangor.

Atkinson and birrghati came back worse from Scotland are there anyone else who's regressed so much?

Fair bit of abuse on the Watford forum for Nestory.

Does seem to have an attitude issue.
We dont know their attitude

He did have his form dip after a bright start for grasshopper it is hard for aussies to make the adjustment to the schedule

Give him a coupke of months and he will be back and break through

Jake Hollman not in the matchday squad altogether for Walsall in their League Two game against Oldham Athletic.
One of the widest move and most baffling situations. No denying League 2 isn't his style but lower tiers try to play out on the ball more and more now and odd player who can really looks good often moving up to higher League One or lower Championship.

He's got a football brain so hooefu9he can just escape in winter. Bad CV now but German 3rd tier would be excellent.

I always felt that Irankunda's biggest obstacle was his head. Even when playing for AU he would lose focus.Jacob Farrel got under his skin so well that he got a red.

He only won a penalty 2 games ago. Silly expectations to be dominating every game. He puts a shift in but it won't always work out. Next game in 3 days. Heaps of football to play.

For the clubs we follow we see a guy get an hour by starting the 19 from the bench then another 25 and they'll make some good touches and movements that create space elsewhere. Contributions off the ball are often overlooked.

Did he really just go back to Australia for a sister's graduation? Something bad must have happened too. Big family I guess so potential death of a relative.

It's true he gets his attitude swings but when things work well he's on cloud 9. Watford ought to refer him in a subtle way to the team psychologist to work through those matters. Many athletes have improved by working on their mind.

Shaq increased his free throws massively using visualisation and rumour has it he used it last Friday for a favourable draw, whichever side you support.

Sounds like he's the next Volpato - the good thing for us is that he's played for the u16/17 Australian teams previously, so hopefully he'll remember where was born & raised when making the call re international allegiance
It's tough for young Aussies in the game over there, the pressure from parents, clubs.

I watched one of the early on games, admittedly Walsall were chasing the game however the ball was hoofed into the box....... often when Jake was in space.
