I know this is a big call but i reckon volpato is on track to be a touch better than bresciano and emerton

Portsmouth match abandoned due to a medical incident in the crowd
What's changed? Utmost priority but in the past they'd get the person out back quickly and transported to hospital. I understand moving cardiac arrest or falls in stationary. Perhaps the idea is to allow the paramedics to work in absolute peace. Hope for a positive outcome.

Not sure fans seem baffled too

As much as we complain about crowds in australia, one upside of small crowds is this sort of thing is less likely to happen

Reading that the only ambulance in the ground took the person away and the match needs an ambulance present. So what happens if 3 people collapse and 4 fall down the stairs with compound fractures? There should be adequate services for the match and attendees. If course public services are underfunded. We should have an oversupply of the important stuff.

I watched the first half of Sassuolo’s game and Volpato played very well. He was always seeking to create chances but also rarely gave the ball away. He was on the right wing and cutting in on his left. He’s not scared to take a pop from distance. He also created a few chances that teammates should have scored from. One, in particular, was an excellent little cross, only for the striker to kick it into outer space. Imagine him and Irankunda on opposite wings cutting in.

Our elo xi has some surprising clubs if i just choose players who are getting regular minutes for their club when fit (and being optimistic about souttar)

-----------------ryan(1577)----------

----circati (1582)--souttar (1561)---stesness (1582)--
-miller (1494)-----irvine (1555)-metcalf-(1555)-bos (1647)
-volpato (1617)---dagostino (1582)-kuol (1569)

Average: 1575 roughly as good as levante or hamburg

St pauli draw in pretty much the last kick of the game

Kuol on the bench

Goal Stama and Baccus. Later may not be out of national team running yet. Seeing our opponents his energy against USA would be valuable.

Naming those two clubs doesn't give me a sense of ease.

I mean its well short of where id like to be but way ahead of where we were for most of the a league era

Tyrese Francois subbed off in the 56th minute for Wigan Athletic in their FA Cup second round game against Barrow, which they currently trail 2-1 near the end of regulation time. Raphael Borges Rodrigues subbed off at the half.
