I think it’s more the type of dickhead. Sydney United have a group of fans who are racist/anti-LGBT and even more who are right-wing populists, whereas Reddit (which also has its fair share of dickheads) is mostly left-wing.

DH is DH no matter the type nor where.
Mostly Left wing types are not immune to prejudice but lets stick to football and accept differences of opinions.
Footballing rivalry should allow all to be involved and not bannings or exclusions for all it does is add fuel to the fires that people today need to accept their actions are part of todays unrest amongst communities.

Every club in the world has fan problems, we are just hated more because of what side of politics you stand on.

And by no means being left wing exempts you from not being a dickhead or violence.

We've had many scraps with your lot off the field. At least we never stabbed opposing fans.

Yeah that's why I said Reddit has its fair share of dickheads who are mostly leftists. I’m centrist or centre-right but have been banned from r/Australia since the day I got Reddit for saying Aussies don’t care about Israel/Palestine unless they’re Jewish or Muslim. The other Aussie subs are better but even they can be a mixed bag (other than r/CirclejerkAustralia which is right-wing).

Hey @Beretta , serious question, I promise Im not trying to be smart or insulting...

Was chatting to a Serb mate a few weeks ago and the argument he posed was that if Tito never grabbed power and Nazi resistance from Serbs developed as more nationalistic/ Royalist leading to a Kingdom of Yugoslavia rather than Socialist Republic - that he believes most Croats would have developed leftist leanings... Any merit in the thought or is the big bastard talking shit? Short question, do you hate Communism because it is associated with Serbs, or Serbs because they are associated with Communism?

And obvs this is a massive generalisation...
