They all had the same thing in common, good compotent commitees coming in to steer the ship.

Heidelberg went from playing 2nd tier football in 2013 to playing melbourne city in front of 11,000 just two years later. Heidelberg and Preston also had decent coaches in Katsakis and Aceski who were basically doing it for free.

A lot of things Olympic need to do right from here. It doesnt just happen. They already have the advantage of being no chance of getting relegated the way the nsw system is.
