4 years ago i believed we should have an nst to get divisions in place before one day getting p and r. Reckon this has become close to mainstream

Reading econ lit 2 years ago made me change my mind to be more hardcore

All banter aside, it’s criminal that there hasn’t been a big-budget(if even just by 🇦🇺 standards) TV miniseries about the ‘74 Socceroos; obv if it were to be done now, it’d be streaming on Netflix or Stan

A doco would be great too(not to mention infinitely more plausible) but I’m talking about an actual miniseries w/acting; along the lines of this👇🏼

Football in Australia is akin to rugby league in the UK, up against powerhouse organisations that it can only dream about getting close to never mind surpassing.

The organisations known as the AFL & NRL totally dominate the media landscape in this country, and look like they will for a very, very long time.

Anyone who thinks these two are on the wane, can very well, think again.

I mentioned doco purely because don't think I've seen one on the game.

yes pretty much, cricket a distant 3rd behind those usual 2.
From our State perspective and Qld seems NRL has increased its following let alone its media and presentation.
Introduce 2 new franchise's (model suits) soon also.
V'Landys is riding high and leveraging all at his disposal very well.
Pretty good comparo UK league to our football always being left behind.
