The Australian Championship šŸ‡¦šŸ‡ŗšŸ†

Breakwater Eagles were until they moved out of the Polish Club and became Geelong City. Bell Park Sports Club are the other one although they're more sports club first and venue second. In Melbourne there's also Casa d'Abruzzo (Epping City) that's pretty big
CS George Cross, Western Eagles Polonia & Sunbury United as well. Would be 1 or 2 in Geelong too, or at least was
Cheers, I was only thinking of the NPL tier I suppose.. forgot about Abruzzi club, and I though Georgies didnt have the pokies club anymore? Its been a while since we've played them..

I know Avondale play out of the Reggio Calabria club but I’m not sure what their relationship is with it. I think one of the Brunswick juventus’ might have an association with the abruzzo club. Also Sydney united have the king tomislav Croatian club, and I’m pretty sure Melbourne knights have a little Croatian social club attached too called ā€œMelbourne Croatia soccer clubā€ i believe the nickname is ā€œthe bat caveā€
The "bat cave" hahaha I havent heard that name since the 90s......

Yeah, I reckon they would have thought they could get away with it due to them having used it 'historically' or something. I think that only covers the name "Olympic" for them. I wonder how many of the "Olympic" clubs in Australia have this in writing? I know Canberra Olympic has the rings. I wonder if we can get them expelled from the NPL for copyright infringement? Might be one way to get Yoogali back in.
Italians and their vendetta's... sheeesh mate... hahahahahah

Don't go down the copyright ingfringement route, G&G may cop the backlash of your revenge.... lol

ts not easy to drag all their members away from the buffet table and the pokies room on matchday...
You should see their latest reno's in regards to the dining. I wouldn't go anywhere either, it's beautiful.

All this shit talk about Marconi’s crowd numbers..then as I predicted earlier this year, Marconi pull a bigger crowd v south Hobart on a Saturday at lunchtime than both Sydney united or Sydney Olympic. Then refer to my earlier post re crowd numbers at their height, they were always comparable.

Although no doubt in the interest of fairness, United’s fan base has a level of passion that’s hard to match. And the Italian community in this country is much bigger than the Croatian one

HAhaha just shit stirring mate...

Mate, I dont know what has to happen results wise for it to occur but I would be very very pleased if South has to come to the Palace this year...

Well that’s why this has to go to a full home and away league asap. You’d think given the very promising early signs it’s going to be very hard for the power to be to deny.

It definitely hasn’t just felt like npl on planes imo, no doubt there’s been a rise in profile and professionalism, there’s definitely already seen scenes that wouldnt have been possible at regular npl level. Good to see so many people re engage and the general football community get around it as well as new faces etc
