I'm surprised Hrustic has been selected? Makes a lot of poor decisions without the ball.

Unless he is playing regular Eredivisie football again?

He has more merit than some of the other omissions though.

The last window we even looked comfortable without Irvine. Irvine is guaranteed but I felt he we were sleeker without him.
 
Fran Karacic has withdrawn for medical reasons, following Hajduk Split’s 2-2 draw with Rijeka. Karacic will be replaced by uncapped Hibernian defender Jack Iredale.

So now we switch sides? I guess that means Silvera is more considered for the right side. Iredale isn't exactly a wingback these days.

I hope it's more that Circati will go back to Europe after the home game.

Just noticed how many of our players are highly valued by their clubs. This means returning from the break won't harm their chances of selection much, if at all. Circati is sorted. I still think the select few will forgo the NZ trip. Maybe adding Iredale already suggests Circati may go back to Europe early. We needn't play everyone twice.

The south coast derby is set for the following Sunday so a bit more time for Segecic and Matthews to get back.

Cacace is a blow but we have the cover for it, looks like the All Whites coach is going to play a attacking 3-5-2 formation to nullify Socceroo's midfield and give more service to the striker. 1st loss for poppa coming up.
