Look I can see all sides here but players sometimes need to shut the fuck up and having a tantrum about playing for another country.

He’s looking good, but he’s played what - 2 championship games.

Are there players where he has done similar things in the past? Have I missed some?

The complaints I'm aware of about his style have usually been around incredibly high standards and expectations in training and particularly off the pitch. I'm thinking Nichols or Bulet who got him offside.
