Criteria are so basic that it would be almost impossible NOT to meet them.. I mean Avondale doesnt even have lights or more than 200 seats at their ground yet they are a foundation club?

It also comes down to cost, and whether the club wants to fork out another 12 weeks of wages?

i doubt NSW Spirit would part take in it.

Rockdale & Blacktown would.

No idea what the criteria is but last I heard these clubs had passed what they called the technical components. Maybe not the financial ones though
