It's not an enormous fee they're asking for especially in the modern championship. I wonder if they're trying to keep him on ice because they expect their asking price to be met.

rumour is he is out for 2 months and no transfer will happen as a result

Damn. As he's in decent form an England move would be a good eat to see if he can get better.

Great opportunity for Popovic to try some others at right back. Undoubtedly we'll be let down and Geria will play when we should experiment with Bennie and others.

we are a bit thin on the right. Playing in the championship wouldve been brilliant if he is good enough

For me it'd be a confirmation whether he's worth persisting with for the national team. If Scotland his clumsiness is his peak, we've got to try Bennie very quickly. September offers a good chance.

Watched Bahrain away again and Yengi really was hungry. Popovic won't forget that. I find it interesting how some players have an injury and a lull and then are seemingly written off for the national team despite performing well the last time they were in.

Boyle fought back and Metcalfe was a massive question mark until the camp. Had Velupillay been fit Metcalfe mat have even featured less.

Yengi took up the game at 14 so can be a bit sloppy with his first touch but he is a supreme athelete
