yes I recall they won here, its a bad loss losing at home in cricket to me compared to football worse 2 tests and hopefully 3 that would feel terrible

I've mentioned before I used to play in my young years and watched alot in the heydays, passing interest due to here I'll poke my head in for sure.

Windies are a youngish team with plenty of upside, so they need not feel too down hearted losing to a team comprising one Aussie legend and a crop of greats. In the next 12/18 mths our side will drastically change and we will be the new kid on the block.

Mate you can still catch the last Test live and the others on full replay if you take out a Kayo acct and only pay 1 buck for the first month. I have and intend cancelling after the Windies tour as cant afford $40 mth

yes I've seen they are rebuilding and granted can't be too harsh but hey, nothing worse than losing a home series - wish them well but not too well whilst we as mentioned will be on a rebuild also very soon.
I've glanced at posts in the thread about some of our up and comers.
Look forward to them coming of age.
 
Looking at the 4th day's replay, Webster appeared to drop a catch at 1st slip after replacing Usman! I suggested this should happen.

King played some exquisite off and cover drives in the few runs he made!

The Aus attack too good on a pitch doing a bit.
 
Could have used some cricket today, some tedious tasks at work good to have on the back ground but the batting isnt lasting long enough!

First Test 3 days, Second 4 days. That is three days of cricket we missed. Been some talk about 4 day Tests. I say perhaps worth taking a look at, say a trial period outside of WTC matches.

TBH honest Richie the only I really know of is Konstas more than any other.
So if you wish put some other down so as I can review them.
Shield - heck the monster it once was is it actually being televised ? or streamed - I haven't heard about it for ages.

I watch every Shield game Tas plays. So I watch every other state live play Tas over the season.

Woke early to catch some live play but looks tuff going for the boys in a battle with the Dukes pinkie. We shud have bowled first in these conditions, but Aussie cricket has a policy of win toss, bat always.

Really tough batting conditions. Will be under 200 by the 2nd new ball by the looks of it but we have hung in there

His 38 yr old mate with his almost 20 years of extra experience is also struggling on this deck . Since his debut the teenager has not had one relatively easy track to start his innings. He will come good but first a yr back in shield may be needed. Has been thrown to the lions by CA, picked on promise after only a handful of first class games.
