Because no one else is using chrome on a PC, doesn't mean the problem doesn't exist. I've tested incognito and the problem still exists. This is the only site I've visited with this issue.

Just one PC Chrome myself and don't have the issue.

I've tested it on PC as well using Chrome, resolution 1920x1080 and don't have the issue either.
