Im skeptical. There is no rb/rwb i can see with big 5 or Cl potential and the early careers of volpato and irankunda look more similar to emerton and bresc than viduka and kewell. Toures early career looks weaker than aloisiSBS News (good on 'em) had Tommy Oar on, saying he thought this generation will be even better than the GG. Just look at their ages:
Paul Okon Jnr is 21, Patrick Beach is 23, Cristian Volpato is 22, Nestory Irankunda is 20, Lucas Herrington is 18, and Alessandro Circati is 22. (Wiki). So average age 21. So 2030 and 2034, and maybe 2038.
James Overy age 18 at Man U has potential at RB. But it is the nature of things that players will emerge out of nowhere over this time period. These 7 youngsters mentioned are just the potential core. Don't worry, others will come in and fill the gapsIm skeptical. Having said that the cb pair and lb look like they will end up better
It looks like there wont be a huge difference tho. I suspect any mild improvement in our pathways like a nyl or an ais would have us equal or exceed the gg
To be honest im skeptical overy will be an elite player. He is struggling to make the u21s let alone epl at an age where top players usually have a lot of u21 time under their belt. Midfield is a position that is weak at the moment but we have just so many players im expecting some to come good. Robbo okon and kutleshi look the most likely to me, and gianluca if he chooses us.
possibly, there isn't much in itId argue Toure's career so far, is ahead of Aloisi at same age. At the same age Aloisi was also playing in the championship at Portsmouth, back in the days when english league football was weaker than it is now. Back then England was3rd or 4th best, now easilythe best. Aloisi never had a run of goals like Toure's either
| Aloisi | Toure | |
| Age of a league debut | u16 | u16 |
| Age getting 25+ games in a 2nd tier euro competition | u19 | u21 |
| Age of big 5 debut | u20 (22 games and 2 goals) | u19 (3 games 0 goals) |
| Age of being first choice in 2nd tier league | u22 | u22 |
| Age regular time in big 5 (25+ games a season) | u26 | N/A |
Loaned out to EFL clubs and concrete boot Miller preferred. Loan may happen again before deadline day.Raphael Borges Rodrigues - this kid is in the EPL this season.
Never seen or heard of him in the NT picture. Wonder why?
Oiver jones finally getting game timePaul Izzo played the entirety of Randers' 4-0 Danish Cup second round win over ASA Aarhus between the sticks. Musa Toure came on in the 56th minute and scored in the 64th minute. Oliver Jones came on in the 74th minute.

That's big news. Looks like the transfer news for Izzo was wrong or fell through.Paul Izzo played the entirety of Randers' 4-0 Danish Cup second round win over ASA Aarhus between the sticks. Musa Toure came on in the 56th minute and scored in the 64th minute. Oliver Jones came on in the 74th minute.
