It has been said before, but I think it worth mentioning again.

On this site, I find people tend to Like a post because it provides a good discussion as often as liking the posts that they agree with.

I Like that about this site because it suggests that people are up for discussion more than just agreement.

I reckon the downturn is probably because there aren't Socceroo or Aussies Abroad games happening.

You watch the likes go through the roof again when someone posts about Sapsford toe poking one past Falkirk in a couple of weeks.

Also, a lot of people off forum became interested in football again - for a short period.

Off forum there was a lot more football discussion than normal - over the duration of the WC - and - when Aus was still in it.
