Don't know about that I know of 2 lads that even came to Auckland to watch us play from Adelaide... Expecting an Adelaide Hellas banner at Lakeside for this one.Yeh even Adelaide Greeks will 100% be supporting United. I think when we play teams from the other states the Greeks get behind us. No city has done a better job than Adelaide when it comes to selling the A league as the way forward.
And three of them came to Melb for the Aus Champ GF..Don't know about that I know of 2 lads that even came to Auckland to watch us play from Adelaide... Expecting an Adelaide Hellas banner at Lakeside for this one.
If the weather holds it may come close... Plenty of history towards Adelaide here... Only Melb Victory would have drawn a bigger response.Well, get off your collective arses and attend the match and show all of Australia, that you really are a massive club. Nothing less than 7,000 will suffice. IMHO.
Sorry yes 3And three of them came to Melb for the Aus Champ GF..
Ill buy you a γλυφητζουρι.Where you sending the $10er so i can keep am eye out!!![]()
If they do I can't see SMFC getting anywhere near them.South Melbourne vs Adelaide United has banana skin written all over it, if AU don’t take it seriously
Anything can happen in the cupIf they do I can't see SMFC getting anywhere near them.
And Richie Alagich’s son will be playing if we don’t sell himSam Poutakidis is our assistant Coach and Vaughn Coveny's son may be on the bench ... Revenge is a dish best served cold
We should try and sign Durakovic's son then...And Richie Alagich’s son will be playing if we don’t sell him
Not sure how you can praise a chetnik club and degrade a supposed ustase club in the same sentenceWas at my old juniors club last night and saw them demolish the SA NPL leaders Birkalla, now they get “rewarded” with a trip to everyone’s favourite ustase club – Sydney United.
They can afford to do it this time, the NPL team is far stronger and the opponent is far weakerMelb City to play there kids again and disrespect the Aus Cup.
Im happy to play this game with you or anyone. Not sure how you can praise a chetnik club and degrade a supposed ustase club in the same sentence

Let’s look at the 2 clubs in question, how many complaints within the last 10 years have each of these clubs had in their respective federations (FSA & FNSW) in relation to I don’t know …… abuse (including racial) of opposition players/fans, banners, chants, spectator violence etc etc SU have made world wide news for it, not even a murmer of news from FKB
If last 10 years is too long a time for you, why don’t we say last 5 years?
Or maybe we can look at how multi-cultural each club is, in terms of say non anglo saxan players?
Let’s pick the fastest growing demographic for football players in this country (african) How many players with African heritage play for each club? (ill include junior teams, just to give SU a chance) – remember NSW has almost 5x more African people living there than SA
Now that I think of it, it’s a bit of silly argument really, isn’t it?
While both clubs have origins from the Balkans, One of the 2 clubs is borderline the most hated football club in this country (and that’s because of the things I mentioned above) while the other is extremely well behaved and does nothing noteworthy in terms of controversies (that may change when though when north sunshine come over)
