Best time to get an A league team is the round of 32. We got Auckland round of 16 last yr but it was a few days after Dockerty cup final and they were probably one of the few stable A league teams at that point.

I'd love to get Perth or Adelaide to set up an old nsl clash.

Thats would be fun.. I reckon heaps of their fans would travel for it too.

Pres & Sinisa have actually told the players that WINNING the aus cup is the clubs only priority atm (which is wild) - wilder when you consider they havent been able to land anyone of note (yet). If they are genuine about a cup run would guess they are trying to sign some big names to improve their squad and compete with who other's are bringing in.

And yes we've all heard the bullshit propaganda... next week its "Aleague license is only 5 million dollars"

I'm speechless

Yes of course the Australia Cup is a great feat and would allow the club to participate in the Asian Champions League Two competition. But to just say that there is no need to focus on winning the league is just bizarre. How do players focus and mentally prepare for important and tough league matches?

Yeah I reckon pretty much THATS why this rumour is doing the rounds... Its psychological warfare.. One week we are joining the Aleague, the next week we are pushing to win the Aus Cup... θα τους σκασουμε.. heheheh

Another Hellas first to play in two fifa tournaments in 2 different feds and no AL.... more proof of football but not as you know it indeed..... on a side note if im getting my inside info on signings etc from the agent with his track record gamise ta!
