NPL 2026

Thunder in searious trouble...Managed go break their own previous record! Thats a feat in itself! Hahaha
Dandenong Thunder are still second from bottom on the NPL Victoria ladder and have now lost four of their last five matches but at least they've actually managed to win games unlike Green Gully who remain winless through matchday 17.

From bad to worse for Olympic
Sydney Olympic 0-4 Rockdale ilinden
They changed the 20s game to Monday night so they don’t have to pay electricity bill was probably 30 Olympic fans until their “ultras” Rocked for the first game of the season coincidentally against a maco club

To be fair I saw them at one or two games at the start of the season

Score other way round...lol
Olympic even if an influx of top transfers come in doesnt look like they can save the season!! Only hope is to win 2 more games until the end of season than raiders do and 3 more than st george to avoid either relegation or playoff i assume?
Been a long day lol, typo corrected now.

Yea they’ve probably left it too late, particularly with the later than normal transfer window. 6 points off even a playoff spot and Blacktown yet to even play yet as of the time of writing

As I say, hopefully the talk of large scale changes in the squad atleast means maybe they might be willing to pour some resources into getting back up next year. Won’t be easy though particularly if Bankstown lions are doing the same which it looks like they might still be down there in npl 2 for another season atleast based on the current league table

Not to understate the seriousness of the current situation behind the scenes and no doubt it needs addressing but I still think despite all the off field issues, there’s nothing like a bit of sustained success on the field to change the mood around the club. I’ve found Olympic to be particularly susceptible to this. When all the conditions are right and the mood is good, people will turn out, obviously the opposite is the case right now
