I wrote a reply to someone with clear form (similar to your endless bs across these threads) whose sole contribution is to claim players arent getting paid at NPL... the part about SMFC even came after the fact it was disproven as the reason but hey, why let reality get in the way for the need for a like or to spill some baseless venom, hey?

That he then swapped it over to Thunder was neither here nor there! He can make the claims, post the proof though! He has as much proof as you on this however, and you apparently have a 'cousin' on our board (insert laugh)!

Ok mate, well I don't know his form, to me it just looked like he was talking about dandy, maybe you misunderstood and assumed he was talking about south.

It's an open forum, he is allowed to make claims, it creates discussion. The way i see it, i dont think he was claiming it to be 100% factual it's probably just what he believes might be happening.

Yes i do have a cousin on the board, ive also had cousins in the past play for south. Now obviously i can't reveal exactly who he is, i wouldn't want to jeopardize his position. What i can do though is share whatever tid bits i receive from him. You don't have to believe it or listen to it, i leave that option up to you and i won't get upset if you don't believe me, i completely understand why you would be sceptical, i would be too.


I wish there was an Oakleigh thread, with Oakleigh supporters. I'd be there instead of souths, but unfortunately we're just not in that position. I pray and hope in future we will be.

I've also said numerous times, we are south supporters, most of us Oakleigh boys were. We just aren't/weren't as fanatical as you guys are. We lost interest over time post nsl and especially with Oakleigh coming up.

Most of us went on to support either Melbourne Victory/City as a means to replace top flight football, and supported our grass roots club in Oakleigh when they reached the top npl league.

We still remember the old South and call ourselves supporters of that past, if Oakleigh had never reached the same league as South, we would all still be supporting south.

From what I've been told by someone at the club, they didn't care about the NPL because of the Championship and it was meant to be a feeder to the CCM. Curious to know what the plan is now that the CCM deal has fallen through.

Bankstown thrashed on Friday that’s them done for the Automatic spot and 4 points away from 2nd

Don’t know if players like Urosevski and shabow would want to stay in Npl 2 for 2 years in a row as their getting older

They had to change the rules in SA because Adelaide dropped players down for the final a few years ago

interesting , hasn't happened here yet , but Glory and struggling so the relegation threat is real this year
