Honestly though, what if news comes out that McGree is actually ok just after the USA game? With a correct program he may just have snuck in. We have no information so it must be a worse injury but I do wonder.

Mo Toure is probably being rested ahead of our group stage opener against Turkey but if he is injured then it doesn't bode well for us especially if he ends up being ruled out for a large chunk of the Socceroos' World Cup campaign.

This type of panic reporting by football 360 isn't good. It's one day and there could be many reasons for Toure's absence. If he doesn't train tomorrow then the questions can be asked.

Seven News are reporting that Mo Toure possibly has a calf tear but hopefully it is just cramp and he'll be right to face the United States on Saturday.
