The Football Australia Thread

Football Australia should have been listening to the fans earlier especially since we're the ones ultimately holding them to account and many of the decisions they make directly affect us in some way.
Yeah he seems a man of good will or at least good at coming across that way. There are probably a lot of people which have good will in football governance but at the moment the governance structure doesn't incentivise putting fans and participants first. So I'm skeptical we will see that happen without reform even if people are well intended

mentioned not relying on major tournaments to have growth but better systems to take advantage of growth but no specifics of how

mentioned aligning the football calender and making regulations consistent across states

pretty good questions so far. Anter combatitive in reply, mostly politician waffle but one concrete claim is he said $0 debt was written off
reading the financials, I don't see how Anter can possibly be telling the truth here unless it is true on a technicality (she didn't use the exact correct accounting words)

15.6 million loss + 20% staff cuts. A promise to have profit next year.
