I live next door to a dog park. I watch them running around with their tongues flapping and think, hey I can do that too. So I log onto green and gold fc. .
Who needs critical thinking anyway? Instinct and saliva.. that's the go.

He is as slow as a carthorse, though. Time slows down every time he touches the ball. I suspect he exists near a very small black hole.

And he seems to have rule that he must pass the ball slowly sideways, with the ball travelling no more than ten metres.

Some might interpret this as unflappability. My read is limitedability.

That's the impression I got when he played for Australia. Cornthwaite, Holland class.

That take on Stensness surprises me. He was excellent (and highly dynamic) when at the Mariners (a little in the Triantis mold) but I've not seen him play since then.

I actually think a lot of Mariners fans didn't realise what they were losing when he went OS. Often a forum target but did the dirty work efficiently which didn't get noticed.

Holland's problem was not his speed but his failure to do the job asked of his managers - picked as a holding midfielder and constantly playing further up so our better attacking midfielders had to cover for him. Funny now as a manager he probably realises how frustrating that was,

been a bit of a breakout season for Garang Kuol, his 27th appearance, around 700 minutes in all competitions so far with a bit to go

Horrible defending by Levante. The scorer can round the defender and as he lines up a right foot shot he actually slips and his standing leg clips the ball which gives it a perfect curve into the net. Double kick by the looks.

That's one thing I felt. Always out of position. Shooting way over. I remember the U20 WC in 2009 and the captaincy had gone to his head. Either hogged the ball or passed back.

Wasn't he told to stop training so hard in The Netherlands as he was overdoing it? He matured well but was a really frustrating player for the national team.
