Shirt tug though was definitely a penalty. Start policing it every time and it will rapidly stop.

Sign Up Now!The game would go for four hours. It isn't going away anytime soon, holding is now part of the game. Show me a game in any league in the world that it doesn't happen all throughout the game.Shirt tug though was definitely a penalty. Start policing it every time and it will rapidly stop.
All I am saying it wasn't clear and obvious error. Could've gone either way in real time.Santos one wasn't a pen. He made the most of it.
So if people just started killing each other you'd shrug your shoulders and say: It's part of society now.The game would go for four hours. It isn't going away anytime soon, holding is now part of the game. Show me a game in any league in the world that it doesn't happen all throughout the game.
Your first sentence is actually happening all around the world as we speak. So if people just started killing each other you'd shrug your shoulders and say: It's part of society now.
Referees have lost control of the game. If they properly policed the laws, then holding and shirt tugs would vanish overnight.
Beyond that, it's the inconsistent application of the laws that pisses me off. Every now and then you do see a penalty for holding or shirt pulls but not often enough to discourage defenders from taking the odds.
This is Karma for the dodgy goal in the grand final against Newcastle. If it wasnlt given 100% coulve lived with it. But once it's given, I reckon it needs to stand under the laws of the game
Do that make it right?Your first sentence is actually happening all around the world as we speak.
Doesn’t matter if it is right or wrong, it is the way of the world these days.Do that make it right?
Same goes with shirt tugs.
Didn’t know you follow the hippy rules of footballThis is Karma for the dodgy goal in the grand final against Newcastle.
Come on mate. The ref awarded a penalty for contact that wasn't in the box. That is a clear and obvious error in itself not to mention the fact that it wasn't even a foul. Give up on this one.All I am saying it wasn't clear and obvious error. Could've gone either way in real time.
So you just give up?Doesn’t matter if it is right or wrong, it is the way of the world these days.
Yellow cards for talking to the ref was reasonably enforced. If the memo goes out that there's zero tolerance then the culture can slowly change.Santos one wasn't a pen. He made the most of it.
It shouldn't be. It's blatant cheating. Clamp down on it with immediate yellows and watch Southern Europe have to learn how to defend again. The game would go for four hours. It isn't going away anytime soon, holding is now part of the game. Show me a game in any league in the world that it doesn't happen all throughout the game.
They said the same about diving and tactical fouls.Shirt tug though was definitely a penalty. Start policing it every time and it will rapidly stop.
So? My point remains the same. They said the same about diving and tactical fouls.
