Joe Gauci and Port Vale now 12 points from safety after their 3-1 League One win over Peterborough United with five games left and will likely have to win out to avoid suffering the drop to League Two this season.

12 points from safety and 5 games to go? Even winning all 5 does not give them a great chance of staying up at this stage.
 
Port Vale do have 2 games in hand against Wimbledon. Win this 2 and it becomes 6 points with 3 games left. Very unlikely as they have to face 4 top teams.
 
St. Pauli drew 1-1 against Köln to remain 16th on the Bundesliga ladder and in the relegation playoff spot with 26 points through matchday 30, closing the gap on 15th-placed Werder Bremen to two points but bearing in mind that they are still yet to play their match this week.
 
Alex Robertson and Cardiff City now just needing a draw in their League One game against Reading in addition to Stockport County losing against Exeter City to secure promotion to the Championship after Bradford City drew 2-2 with Barnsley.

Cardiff up 1–0 at half time away at Reading.

Lincoln down 2–1 away to Stevenage at half time. This means that if Lincoln lose and Cardiff win, the Bluebirds could still win the title provided they win all their games and the Imps lose all their games.
 
Cardiff City leading Reading 1-0 at the half in their League One game, but Stockport County also lead Exeter City 2-1 in their game so Alex Robertson may have to wait to secure promotion unless Stockport County concede at least one goal in the second half.
 
Alex Robertson and Cardiff City officially promoted to the Championship after getting the job done 3-1 over Reading in their League One game, with Stockport County also dropping points and drawing 3-3 with Exeter City following a goal in the sixth minute of second half stoppage time in their match.

St Pauli has an easier run than the three teams above them so may still be in with a chance avoid relegation to 2 bundesliga. St Pauli are flakey as though, so anything could happen. They need a better coach IMO.
