Going to footy for the first time in years. $27 for an adult in general admission is sooo cheap compared to a league
Aussie Rules at the elite level isn't that exciting tbh.

I was at the Port vs West Coast game last Sunday and the SANFL game the day before was ten times better to watch and the ticket was a fraction of the price.

Adelaide ran out winners by just the one point over St Kilda, 15.13 (103) to 15.12 (102) in the third close game in the AFL today, as did Hawthorn by three points over Port Adelaide, 13.11 (89) to 13.8 (86) and the Gold Coast Suns by nine points over Essendon, 17.17 (119) to 17.8 (110).

Richmond lost the Anzac Eve clash to Melbourne by 54 points, 11.6 (72) to 19.12 (126) and remain bottom of the ladder, still winless through seven matchdays with the worst percentage in the entire comp at 54.2% and the only team yet to win a game this year.

Hawthorn defeated the Gold Coast Suns 16.16 (112) to 9.9 (63) at York Park to ensure that the Suns remain winless in Tasmania and move to second on the ladder with a 6-1 record, bearing in mind that Fremantle are yet to play their match against Carlton. Collingwood also ran out 77-point winners over Essendon in the traditional Anzac Day clash, 20.17 (137) to 9.6 (60), posting their largest ever winning margin in the fixture to get their fourth win of the season and move to eighth.

Michael Voss has resigned as Carlton head coach following their 11-point loss to the reigning premiers Brisbane Lions on the road on Friday, with assistant coach Josh Fraser taking over as interim head coach as the club find themselves 16th on the ladder with just the one win through nine matchdays.
