They are good people. In terms of following the religion, they are not following it. So they are bad at practicing.
Being a good Muslim is not only about being good in character. it is also about following the teachings of the prophet and god (which means no alcohol and no pork). In saying that, we Muslims do not judge the individual. There may be drinking alcohol, but then they stop. It is innate character. Islam provides guidance for that.
You know full well that what Hanson said is that Muslims can't be good people. You know exactly what you and people like Hanson are doing.
Painting all Muslims with a bad brush, then saying, "I know good Muslims, they do all the things that Islam says you shouldn't. Vis a vi, if you don't follow Islam, you are a good person, ergo Islam is the problem". It's smart play on words from the right.
