Elder definitely. I'd still prefer Degenek one last time in the overall squad but Matthews is a good prospect.

Watching Aziz last night he is still ok when overlapping and pushing forward, it is when he gets caught out that he shows his age.

Last night getting skinned by Jelacic and then has no other option than to basically piggy back him and take the yellow card.

We have much better players in his position that give us more in defence AND attack.

Yeah I think football is more complicated then basketball. I wouldn't want to see favoritism just because he is tall

While Duke is not the answer, he is 10 times better than Sawyer in every aspect, skill, experience, ability & knowhow.

I actually think that is dukes role. He is no longer a viable starter - but to keep up pressure as our forwards tire he is one to bring on to protect a lead while still offering a threat up front.

T. Yengi feels closer to the mark as a bolter, although I don't think is a great aerial threat.

Harry Sawyer should not be on the plane to the World Cup given that he has no international experience altogether and international football is a different kettle of fish compared to the A-League Men, as well as the fact that opposition defenders will just end up running riot round him if he were to make the list.

I'll admit seeing his style I thought an international go would be a novelty but not at a world cup. Preliminary Asian qualifying once we're through.

We had that chance against Palestine and Lebanon with 2 home games but wasted it on regulars learning nothing.

I've always been worried if we slip up there we'd look stupid but when we see Bangladesh in Melbourne it was really always going to be fine.
