Why does he have to speak English? They speak Spanish in Puerto Rico.

English is not my first language. But that's okay, because it's not America's first language either.

He’s the most popular artist in the world. He speaks in Spanish. Broaden your horizons.

He said nothing political. Was all positive. It was incredible.
Well yeah he is Puerto Rican and I'm aware they speak Spanish there, but at an American if you address the crowd it should probably be in the most recognisable language of the country (global events are different, English is used there because globally there are thousands of languages spoken every day).

I was absolutely fine with the Spanish singing and I thought it was a pretty good performance (I personally preferred Kendrick Lamar last year but I'm a rap fan so that's just my opinion). It’s also absolutely fine that he speaks Spanish as his first language. I also think it's great representation for Puerto Rico who I do wish were a US state though rather than a US territory as to give the three million Puerto Ricans truly equal voting rights (in Puerto Rico, the centre-right support statehood and the centre-left support independence, but Washington seems to want them to be a territory despite having a bigger population than Hawaii which is a state).

The guy is actually incredible. He has done so much for his country and people. It’s awesome he takes pride in his culture while spreading it in a positive way.
Again this I do like about him. He really does put Puerto Rico on the map for people who may of never heard of Puerto Rico (since he has fans who aren't Latino and may be less educated on Latino geography).

Btw - he listed ‘America’, not ‘Latin countries’. America is the continent.

I’m glad he gave them a geography lesson. No wonder their heads exploded.
I didn't hear him say Aruba or Curaçao but there were Aruban and Curaçaon flags.

So many of the people involved in that show were real folks. The taco stand, the woman at the bar…real people who run those businesses

He sold out 30 shows in his hometown to start his world tour and used local businesses. Made 250 million USD for the locals. He is a fucking king

Or maybe he had just been singing and dancing live for 13 minutes like a mad man and accidently didn’t say all of them 😂

I'm a Jets fan so they're guaranteed at least 3rd in the division. Bring on the Jets stupid draft picks again.

Darnold was picked by the Jets but the entire set up would never have seen him develop or succeed. The place is rotten. They've got these documentaries on how the individual coaches work with their player groups and plan and agree on execution in the game only to see the dumbest and laziest play on the weekend. It's embarrassing they even exist.
Jets should be doing better next season with new coordinators especially given how bad they ran this past season, becoming the first team in NFL history to not record an interception altogether, but to be fair Sam Darnold posted a 14-3 season at the Vikings in 2024 only for us to let him walk because he lost in the first round of playoffs, and we ended up going 9-8 this season with a rookie quarterback whilst he ended up winning a Super Bowl ring after a second straight 14-3 season.
