TBH I thought from the beginning that Gosford was a strange place to put an A League club and nothing has changed my mind since. That said, I hope the club pulls through.

Sign Up Now!Let’s be honest that spot should have gone to Wollongong but they didn’t have the cash.TBH I thought from the beginning that Gosford was a strange place to put an A League club and nothing has changed my mind since. That said, I hope the club pulls through.
That's what always gave me the shits. Even after being relatively successful in the early years - Mr Football and Foster always pined for Wollongong. They were given a spot but decided not to take it. Can't blame Kieran and Gorman for stepping in.Let’s be honest that spot should have gone to Wollongong but they didn’t have the cash.
Gosford had a white elephant stadium sitting there doing nothing after the Northern Eagles failure and someone willing to pay the license fee. The benefit of not having any teams in a national competition based there was also a factor I’m sure.
Like the Gold Coast where Victorians go to retire, the Central Coast is where the westies retire. The residents are not known as the sea bogans for nothing. It is really only a Western Sydney overspill area.
Only partially true.Lots of younger people from the Northern Beaches move here as not as expensive and still a beachside lifestyle.Erina Fair is where the main shops are situated so Gosford is no longer a shopping precinct but is a transport hub. Those new towers mentioned in the YouTube video are only about 3 minutes walk from the station so well placed for commuters.Like the Gold Coast where Victorians go to retire, the Central Coast is where the westies retire.
And there you have it ... so much for the anti Australian clubs like South Melbourne Hellas, Marconi, etcWhat I've read QPR are still linked hope talks are going well. But if foreign clubs all owned a league teams it'll be a bit boring I guess that's where we're heading though
And who owns the majority of the English premier league. What I've read QPR are still linked hope talks are going well. But if foreign clubs all owned a league teams it'll be a bit boring I guess that's where we're heading though
Australia in general is about 10-15 years behind the UK but anyway. As Sydney is usually 5-10 years behind London, we are a couple years away from Westies retiring to Dubai and making such a fuss about it.
Fat Greek drug dealers? and sportswashing Sheikhs? And who owns the majority of the English premier league.
