Hibernian play their Scottish Premiership game against Motherwell tomorrow so still have an extra day's turnaround.
St Pauli's game was tomorrow too but Hamburg is getting battered. Hannover with a lot more snow than usual. SW Germany got it first but Frankfurt Dortmund should be on tonight. It won't let up in the north. This winter break return is much earlier than normal due to the WC.

Over a year since this and a month loan to Matlock Town has just ended. Just in the reserves?

This "severe weather" label is so weird after loving in massachussetts...
I don't know the ins and outs but the Hannover winter service has been totally caught off guard here. Fees go up, management full of excuses.

I'm sure there's a reason such as not damaging the asphalt or plough but the ploughs that drive to clear up roads here barely scrape the surface and a lot of snow hangs around. I've seen American ones scrape the road clean.

In the north east of the usa and the south east of canada snow can pile up several feet and nothing gets cancelled ever

I mean basketball and ice hockey probably don't get cancelled cause they're indoors. But yeah I've seen snowy pitches in gridiron too.

It's snowed during AFL games before, though usually it's not enough to actually cancel the match.
