AFC Nation's League

We can hardly get UEFA teams for friendlies now but I'm not too keen on this. It just guarantees extra long travel. Some international windows should see us play someone in Europe.

We've had friendlies at home before but they should be avoided in season with June being the best time as players can then go off on holiday.

Will we ever get to play European or South American nations again, outside the World Cup?

Chances a few and far between. With the calendar so packed we should just arrange to play anyone in Europe if it's a free window in season. The majority of our windows will be qualifiers.

Rather the Socceroos play friendly against top Sth American and European sides then to play the likes of Taiwan, Nepal and Cambodia in a Nations League.
