Argentina are playing right now. No Socceroos posts but this is there on her story.
I wouldn’t be hugely surprised. It’s super easy these days (easier than when she first tried) and she’s not near the Tillies squad at the moment.Jacynta Galabadaarachchi may just be barracking for Argentina during the World Cup but there's no guarantee that she's actually going to jump ship from the Matildas.
If she were to jump ship to Argentina from the Matildas then it would only reiterate the fact that the selection policy is flawed across the board especially with regards to retaining our promising dual international prospects.I wouldn’t be hugely surprised. Personally though I think cheering for another country’s team more than your own is enough evidence.
Didn't she ditch Australia previously, then came back? Or am I thinking of someone else...It appears that Jacynta Gala may be set to choose Argentina.

Jacynta Galabadaarachchi was called up for the Matildas but ended up never getting a debut, then subsequently jumped ship to Argentina before returning to the green and gold and finally made her Tillies debut during our friendlies in Western Australia last year.Didn't she ditch Australia previously, then came back? So how does that work with multiple change of nations? And does the friendly lock her in?Jacynta Galabadaarachchi was called up for the Matildas but ended up never getting a debut, then subsequently jumped ship to Argentina before returning to the green and gold and finally made her Tillies debut during our friendlies in Western Australia last year.
Jacynta Galabadaarachchi was called up by Argentina but never made her international debut for them which meant that she could change back to the Matildas, but not sure whether the friendlies in Western Australia lock her in though. So how does that work with multiple change of nations? When was she called up for Argentina?Jacynta Galabadaarachchi was called up by Argentina but never made her international debut for them which meant that she could change back to the Matildas, but not sure whether the friendlies in Western Australia lock her in though.
Yep that’s her. The funniest part is she’s only half Argentine so I’m 100% confident she’s delusional and thinks Argentina are better than us (they’re not).Didn't she ditch Australia previously, then came back? Or am I thinking of someone else...
Jacynta Galabadaarachchi was called up for Argentina in 2023 but never made her debut for them so she changed back to the Matildas and ended up making her debut for us last year during the June/July international window. When was she called up for Argentina?
