Interesting, wonder if its better for him to stay another year or leave

Normally I would say that players need to be on the starting line up every week and hopefully not subbed out, and their bodies mature enough to cope with the bigger demands most of the overseas leagues demand. But at 22 his body is mature and he is getting regular game time. Another season may give him more polish and experience but maybe at the cost of opportunities.
