Hey everyone, normally I don't do threads for off-field stuff but I feel like this is important.

Matildas and Arsenal midfielder Kyra Cooney-Cross has recently revealed that her mother is suffering from stage four cholangiocarcinoma, a rare and aggressive cancer that currently has no cure. Kyra has described her mum as a massive influence on her life, a supporter throughout her life and someone she loves deeply.

I've pinned this thread on the Matildas board given the importance of the situation, so that as many forumites know about it as possible. Let's all band together as a community and show our support and love for Kyra Cooney-Cross during this difficult time for both her and her family.
