Took NPL VIC all of 70 seconds to open up the scoring

    NPL 2026

I just realised the scorebug they're using is similar to the one from the Championship. It's so ugly, and the old one was clean and simple.

    NPL 2026

Looks like the WSW women's academy is playing at Wanderers Park

    NPL 2026

The boys at the entrance did let me in for free because I'm pretty sure I was the only fan in attendance wearing a Spirit jersey That beauty is already paying for itself

    NPL 2026

    4-2 now

    NPL 2026

Second this, especially after how last year's promotion and relegation battles played out.

    NPL 2026

Spirit lead Sharks 1-0 at halftime through Kosta Petratos

    NPL 2026

Much better on the whole, if you can get over the occasional spelling mistake - although the Gantry preview mentioned a few extra pieces. Rockdale was particularly interesting - an injury to Griffiths and the signing of a Japanese centre-back apparently?

    NPL 2026

Sutherland last year had a lot of promise but got wrecked by injuries. I still think even getting into the 6 is a step in the right direction to the board but with how the offseason has panned out they have an opportunity to do a lot more.

    NPL 2026

Bankstown getting promoted is probably the best outcome. I am still hoping for it to be close like last year's was.

    NPL 2026

Now that all of the squads have been announced, I feel more confident in making Top 6 predictions: 1. APIA 2. Sutherland 3. Marconi 4. Sydney United 5. Blacktown 6. Rockdale APIA should be a lock for first. Second to fourth are probably interchangeable. Blacktown still looks decent but could be...

    NPL 2026

Was always going to be difficult to top the Championship, and I definitely like it more than APIA's.

    NPL 2026

I guess that's one way to ensure a home-field advantage.

    NPL 2026

Don't know if it's even worth mentioning at this point, but half of Manly's listed departures left last season.

    NPL 2026

Checking IG I'm getting Kingsway beat Sorrento 3-1 and Stirling beat Balcatta 2-0 ). Interestingly, Sofascore only shows the first result, but Squadi only shows the second.

    NPL 2026

I didn't think Capital Football was posting anything on Dribl yet - turns out they just don't have a 2026 filter yet. If you filter by 'All Seasons' (which you can't actually do through the menus, but the link below works), you can find the trial matches...

    NPL 2026

A lot less excusable when the entire squad list for United was available on social media (I think).

    NPL 2026

Am I the only person that feels like the promoted clubs in VIC have been a lot more ambitious than those in NSW with their signings? Is it to do with how much easier it is to get relegated in VIC? Also, just finished listening to the Kick-Off preview podcast and oh boy... Football NSW has...

    NPL 2026

The irony is that SD Raiders' squad doesn't even seem that good for the extra cost. Hiking up fees just to be one and done would be pretty embarrassing.
