    Good move.

    Big Ange thread

Ange would be best to run a million miles from Besiktas and the Turkish Superliga. Burnley would be a far more stable choice and a club that would have a high opportunity to be promoted behind West Ham & Wolves.

Agreed it is possible with virtually a game a week, but to get anywhere near United you need a Summer like they just had and a progressive midfielder like Bruno. If I’m a Spurs owner I’m looking at a whole new front 3 next season and a general in MF to pull all the strings. 4 big signings will...

Would love to see them back in the prem, proper club.

Congrats on the survival. Can't believe I'm actually uttering those words about Spurs. It's more of an indictment than a celebration. I think Spurs have finally found their replacement for Poch after all these years. As much as I like Ange, he was never fully accepted by the Spurs faithful (nor...

People calling Arsenal anti-football need a history lesson in the game. All sorts of styles have won big shiny silver things before and will do so till the end of time. The Gunners have won the league and could still do the double. Something they couldn't even achieve under Wenger with arguably...

I think so too, but surely you'd prefer to go into final day with safety secured. I think it would be so nerve wracking for Spurs to do the business on the final day. Another possibility is both you and the Hammers lose their final games and you're still safe.

Wow what a weekend of results. A point at The Bridge is all Spurs need to guarantee survival. Can they do it? Will be a thrilling watch.

You were saying? Honestly, what an exciting run-in at both ends of the table. You're now praying for Toon to do one over the Hammers.

That would only open if Declan Rice gets sent off, IMO. I predict 2-1 to PSG.

    2025/26 UEFA Champions League

I think PSG have too many weapons. Arsenal will have to dominate the ball, slow down the game and restrict a transitional game as much as possible. PSG thrive on transitional football and chaos.

Because their fans tend to claim they are more "football heritage" than they really are.

Arsenal Vs PSG final, bloody hell that's a hate-watchers nightmare.

    2025/26 UEFA Champions League

Arsenal being able to maintain their track record of clean sheets and 1-0 wins in the modern era is very impressive I have to say. It's not an easy thing to do, given how keeping the ball is the new "compact and tight". I do think if Bayern get over the line against PSG, then Harry Kane...

Arsenal have West Ham next and then Burnley. They're not bottling it. City dropped the ball. Everton still with a chance of European places.

Throwing the league to relegate your rivals would be generational head loss. You don't throw the league. Arsenal have to put rivalries aside and be the bigger club of Nth London, whilst allowing their rivals to survive by a fingernail.

If you're a big club you don't celebrate survival. You dust your self off, grab the pitchforks out and go after the board.

Wait a sec, If Arsenal beat the Hammers next week, they’ll effectively hand Spurs a huge lifeline towards safety while also edging themselves closer to premier league glory.

Unbelievable turnaround for Spurs. Credit to RDZ, he is a fantastic manager, albeit he’s a candle that shines very bright but burns out quickly. If Spurs stay up which is looking likely now, I can see them having a better than expected season next year. I don’t think they’ll do a ManU though...

    2025/26 UEFA Champions League

Mourinho isn’t wrong, but his idea of “control” is outdated in modern football. Back in his peak years, control meant staying compact, limiting chances, and winning 1–0. Reduce chaos, win the game. Simple. You can’t eliminate chaos anymore. Teams press better than they used to, players are...
