Letting a coach moonlight is a massive failure of administration. Boundaries need to be set with people.Should of happened well before the tournament.
real shame our 2 good NSW sides clash how it goes.Gonna be a vpl party after the quarters i feel
As the have in the early rounds of the cup 2 years in a row hahreal shame our 2 good NSW sides clash how it goes.
2 years only? hahahaha It feels like we have drawn Melbourne Knights and or Hume every cup for 10 years in a row now. hahahahahaAs the have in the early rounds of the cup 2 years in a row hah
the only thing I like about that is its local fixture hahaAs the have in the early rounds of the cup 2 years in a row hah
I think their game plan against us will be to go all out in the first 15-20 mins to jag a goal and defend the lead... If its level at the half we'll bring it home...the only thing I like about that is its local fixture haha
Friday now 65% chance rainyer no matter but would been great a dry track for starters and good for the expected crowd.
Eh, do you think Spirit have a chance Sunday ?
I feel if they keep it level to HT its open ball game.
These guys play by the book.
Atleast Leichhardt is probably one of the more rain resistant championship venues as per the APIA v united gamethe only thing I like about that is its local fixture haha

It would be a mistake for them to give us the ball and sit deep mate... We may still be a team coming off a terrible season but we've scored more goals in the past 6 matches than we did in 3/4 of the league season.away fixtures would be a challenge for all having not played like this for years barring Cup.
Don't think they got the firepower up front to go hard @ Lakeside first 20 - if they do good luck to them but can't see it.
I think they'll look to settle in sit mid to deep retain whatever possession they can and look @ counters when possible.
They might just get you by surprise as mentioned as well.
I will say Marconi had 2 Saturday midday games, one against Hobart and one against a regular npl opponent, and the Friday night against Heidelberg was delayed for an hour due to intense thunderstorms. If they were just normal kick off times and normal weather it would have been an average over 2k I reckon. Have praised APIAs crowds and engagement to no end but they also had a derby on a Friday night with good travelling support which was also Sydney’s first championship game and Sunday afternoon kick offs with perfect weather. These are factorssome clubs really impress me not knowing what their usual is.
CanberraC - not bad.
SthHobart damn good imo - shows potential is all there competing in a national NPL - it would be a failure in that other comp.
Wolves have been in doldrums to me for years, shows the base is still there which is promising.
Whereas I expected more from yours Glenardo and be higher than Wolves/APIA generally.
SO a complete let down but what are we to expect - hope they pick themselves up next season.
Spirit for the newbie little entity that they are avg 700 is good start for that small local ground.
Can't speak much for the Vic ones barring SMH and the rising back of Preston.
Makes me wonder when and IF MK can climb back - would their resurgence be right up there one day.
We need SU back on their usual good horse next season - that will pick up the overall % no doubt.
