Grace Kuilamu is eligible for Fiji (as well as for Romania) but she looks talented and is capped for the Tillies (she also said she wants to go to the World Cup and Asian Cup with the Tillies), so I would try and cap-tie her.

Melbourne Victory women's captain Kayla Morrison obtained Australian citizenship in 2022 but paperwork issues are preventing her from getting Matildas callups and caps, and there's still no word on whether they've been resolved or not.I'm having trouble finding any more.
