TBF there's some nice match ups and there should be some good games.
About bloody time, the off season is way to long.

So hard to predict round 1. I can see Newcastle and Brisbane doing well.

Mariners and Adelaide are in trouble

Everyone else remains to be seen

I genuinely think we have a stronger squad this season than we did last season.

Well this is pessimistic
Cant see any club getting above 10k crowds for 1st round, the hype is just not there, now with the Championship going I believe the normies will move over to that. Expecting average attendances to be around 5-6k this season except Auckland which should hold at around 15k.

Adelaide 2 Sydney 2 - Crowd 9.5k

Brisbane 1 Macarthur 1 - Crowd 7k

WSW 1 Melbourne City 1 - Crowd 8.5k

MV 2 Auckland 1 - Crowd 14k

Perth 2 Wellington 0 - Crowd 7k

CCM 1 Jets 3 - Crowd 8k

Victory v Auckland will get high teens (push 20,000).

My anecdotal evidence tells me there is more enthusiasm going into this season from Vucks than it has in a while.

Airton Andrioli from Adelaide United joined SEN SA breakfast this morning with hosts Mark Bickley and Jarrod Walsh ahead of his Isuzu UTE A League Men debut as manager in the season opener against Sydney FC at Coopers Stadium on Friday Night.

Steve Corica (Auckland FC manager) join Sports Nation breakfast program this morning with hosts Israel Dagg and Scotty Stevenson to preview its season opener up against Melbourne Victory at AAMI Park on Saturday Night.
