was anyone rumoured to have a move that never happened? Seems altogether a good window?

They pretty much all panned out. These are the ones I tracked that haven't gone anywhere.

Rumours:

Forwards
• Apostolos Stamatelopolous to Viking - Norway (1) (Offer rejected by Motherwell)

Defenders
• Adriano Lebib to RB Salzburg - Austria (1)

Goalkeepers
• Thomas Glover to Saudi Arabia (1)

prefer motherwell to viking, so no loss there. Other two not sure about

I can't think of too many others I'd like to see move. Our Championship GKs are having a tough run. Bennie at QPR isn't making squads. Niuewenhof could use a change. There are a few others not playing much but most are recent moves or injury related.

AS must be getting close to losing his starting spot at Motherwell so perhaps it would have been better if he'd ended up at Viking, although no guarantee he starts there, of course.

Biggest disappointments of the transfer window, Hollman to Walsall, Thurgate to Western Sydney, Tete Yengi contract extension (played out of position at Livingston.)
Agree re Hollman and Tete Yengi (wide in a front 3, bizarre), no opinion about Thurgate.
