Murdoch is the worst. He created Fox who, as a hyper-partisan outlet, platformed Trump. (And although there were partisan media outlets they were fringe outlets. Fox was the first mainstream blatantly hyper-partisan outlet.) Now despite Trump being a fuckwit beyond compare it's not Trump as president that's the worst thing to happen to the world.

The worst thing that cunt has ever done is for him to undermine science, the justice system, the media, trust in institutions, a belief in experts and the tearing down of democracy itself. Putting aside all the self-interest grifting has done to enrich himself and his family that will be his legacy.

Destroying trust and faith in institutions that took centuries to build.

Name a hyper-partisan left wing news source as blatant as Fox News.

I'll happily concede there is left leaning media but fucked if I can come up with an example that is a bare-faced about it as Fox is.

I think you're sound in that statement. Fox are harder than the rest. A lot of left leaning are insufferable though. German public broadcaster are whacko nowadays.

Guardian is inner city wanker but I am not sure I'd even say leftist. It's for rich greenies, who are usually massive capitalists masquerading as something else. 'progressive' maybe....annoying - yes.

Sky after dark is the Australia version of Fox. You can literally feel your brain cells die if you watch more than 10 minutes at a time.
 
Well this story from Charlotte has really picked up now. It may depend on one's feed. It's interesting to note that the moderate and libertarian media are outraged and haven't even mentioned race. Novel idea right?

The left media are shuffling away at trying to deflect their ignorance while the right are either baying for blood or actually addressing is reasonably. They're only repeating the obvious that these judges have so much blood on their hands.
 
Charlie Kirk has been shot at an event in Utah. Unfortunately I've inadvertently seen an autoplay clip and it's right in the neck and I just don't think that's survivable.

No one should be shot for discourse.
 
Countless leaders and personalities all condemning the shooting and rightly so but can't they all just tone it down themselves and we can get back to civil debate and mutual respect. Even complimenting each other's ideas and working towards something?

I've seen the footage, it will be a miracle if he survives that.
 
Reading it was from a building 200m away so that's a rifle. Not knowledgeable on guns as pistols pack a punch but a bullet right there and the amount of blood is surely death.
 
Here I was after an early night... Reports suspect not in custody and also at hospital in critical condition. That may just be a delaying announcement but that shot looked like instant death.
