I've actively recruited a few new posters to G and G.

On another forum where I'm one of the Admin/Mods, we welcome all new members on a weekly basis.

I've just had a post deleted here, welcoming two new Green and G members.

G and G not only needs to recruit, but foster an exisiting congenial atmosphere. Welcoming new members is a good way to make new posters feel valued.
