Except for a certain bloody magic hat trick never to be repeated by another Aussie ever imo.

Yep was 4.
Think every single non LFC supporter would luv that beating against us lol
What play by him - even I have watched it back over the years as much as it hurt but I admire him greatly.
To do that is unheard of

It's a shame we never played a style to suit and support him in the National Team. We should have built a team around him.

I like how unlike certain other Socceroos he didn't do any the following.

* Come back to top up their super.
* Criticise the local game while topping up their super.
* Milk his presence in the league for all that's it worth.
* Engage in blatant commercialism.
* Become a media pundit.
* Run their mouth off about the local game.
* Think they're the oracle of football.

He just made his money in football then quietly went to Croatia.

Owns a coffee store in Zagreb and does the odd interview which is always a hot take.

He says he got “a bit of stick” growing up: “They used to call us wogs. But what do you expect? My parents had it worse when they came – but you know what, who’s complaining? Sometimes you’ve got to take it on the chin. I’m proud of Australia. Australia is one of the best countries in the world. It gave my parents everything. It gave them an opportunity to raise their kids in a safe environment.”

So why doesn't he live here now? If it's so good? Postecoglou another one!

I'm sorry ..... this does not cut it ... these are not unlike those idiot REMAINERS who choose to LIVE IN SPAIN!!!
