well all we want is tomorrow night they get beaten up injuries in ready for our games.

At least you are at 4pm, we are at 2pm FFS, as per FNSW's directive. They want both semi's split so both can be watched in full at different times. But that won't happen if we go into penalties.

Its Father's day, and there will be a lot of lunches on etc, our club requested 3pm, but these idiots never cease to amaze at FNSW.

who gives a fuck about your views, make both games the same time, or up to the host club.
 
Northcote City's VPL1 promotion playoff semi final against FC Bulleen Lions is Friday September 11th 7.30pm at John Cain Memorial Park.
Essendon Royals home VPL2 promotion playoff semi final against Keilor Park is Friday Septemberr 11th 7.30pm at Cross Keys Reserve.

yes mate agree.
We have complained about them for decades - they never change especially when it comes to common sense !

I feel for youse for I was rapted 4pm knowing most of us get caught up with fams - it gives me the good chance to slip away finishing FDay on a high fingers crossed.

I don't mind games being on at different times but having it on Father's Day is shit.

3pm Sunday is (or was) the Griffith go to.

Found it a bit weird getting involved in NPL Canberra that 3pm Saturday is the norm here. Was a bit of complaining back and forth between Griffith + Yoogali and Canberra clubs on scheduling their games. Griffith players usually still involved in trades and work on Saturdays, whereas Canberra apparently still treats Sunday as sacred or something.

Agreement ended up being that Yoogali home games were usually Sundays, and away games in Canberra were Saturdays
 
I'm actually more for the opposite for upsets.
I expect 1 at least.
Marconi have way better GF/GA so they should prevail But Sutho Manly is a each way bet.
Manly slightly better GA and have beaten Sutho most of the season but @ Seymour and a noisy local crowd sure will have them favs.
Look forward bouncing back and forth tonight on the telly - warmer temps might I add.

Will be interesting to see what happens. Would be lying if I didn’t say it’s a bit of a underwhelming home final for Marconi given the way the season played out. Feels like Marconi’s early season form is almost irrelevant to the team as of right now. We’ll see which iteration turns up tonight. warm day as you say, they reckon 30 degrees and windy on Saturday at the moment. Are any of the semis schedules for that day?

both games are on sunday, a mild 24.

let's hope there's a few red cards, injuries and that it goes all the way tonight.

Veneto club looked good the other day when I saw a bit of the bulleen v northcote game the other day.

Bulleen used to always play home games Monday nights and it seemed to work for them. Back when Leckie was running around they were getting good crowds. Not sure how it is now
