Game was pretty much done when he came on, United were very very poor. But Lucas did not look out of place though won his duels and was very vocal. His height is going to be a massive advantage.

My issue is Hull won't be up 2-0 at home very often so Lucas needs to take his chances.
 
Huge night for AA and Aussie football!!

Agree Herrington looked completely at home at EPL level. Don't think he touched the ball for near on 10-15 mins but he didn't put a foot wrong and rose to win three very impressive headers.

The kid also looked massive out there and I think him being alongside Harry and Ale at the WC underplayed just how big of a unit he is even at this young age. Also great to see him marshalling his team mates on his side of the box.

They have a massive number of players, I know of one that have 30 teams from u13-18s but they o lot play about 12 games a year because they also have compulsory summer sports, plus their things like athletics, cadet corps etc. they’ll never play the 25 games a year it takes to properly develop players.
 
Reading the Sporting forum, it seems for the most part that the fans were happy with Irankunda’s cameo. Things that they liked were;
1. His speed
2. His willingness to get back and help defend/press
3. His scanning
4. His positional sense, knew where to be at the right time
5. Almost had an assist after a great run
6. Had a 1v1 chance with the keeper if his teammate lifted his head up

Played so well. I think that team is perfect for him
