I've been to a number of League 2 matches and the pace may surprise and there's always an uptick of passing. Good for this age rather than wasting away in reserve football or a bench in League 1. I'm sure he'd be fine in League 1 but a good during off this season is a start.

Its also only slightly below a league level with lots more games in a season.

He is technically strong enough for a higher level but physically very weak (or at least he was)
 
Burton with early goal at Leicester. Souttar and others copping it. Leicester told Sheffield United their offer doesn't meet their demands. Souttar just doesn't want to be there so he's probably going at half pace.
 
2:0 Burton. Don't Leicester fans realise Souttar couldn't care less? The club have taken the piss. While he should demonstrate some more professionalism here (I've not seen fottage of the goals) it's a situation where he wants out and the club and shit manager are denying it. Oh and now Skipp gets a red. Absolute implosion.

Skipp, Okoli and Souttar come from much higher levels and the fans expect them to be content. Souttar didn't contribute to Leicester's downfall in the first place.
