They had the worst teams in some of the old FIFAs (before the ISL was added). I think it was Bray Wanderers in FIFA 19. Being so close to the UK they get a fair few exports though.
Yeah I saw this one, good to have more divisions. I remember Fiji introduced a second tier in 2016 so it’s definitely possible for an existing league to create more divisions.Some backstory about connecting their pyramid:

that brings back memories. Back in the day we bought FIFA 13 for our young son 2nd hand - the game was a year or two done by that stage, and the 'weekly challenge' or whatever it was called was stuck on Drogheda v ???? (a google search says UCD although i thought it was someone else) - still remember playing that ad nauseum with him.
