(After all, if he claims to be just enough of a ⚽ fan..then why didn't it occur to him as president of Essendon to have the Bombers field their own sokkah team, like Collingwood and Carlton did in the NSL back in the day❓)

That being said, I do agree w/him re. not openly boasting about ours becoming the No.1 code here someday; it's ultimately unnecessary and if anything puts more of a target on our back. Not to mention that it's the exact talk Lowy & O'Neill hoodwinked us with to get us aboard the "New Dawn" train in the first place...
