I have moved on from Saturday's events. All I care about is getting 3 points at Jack Edwards Reserve on Friday night.

We still have a chance to finish third and host a finals match. Avondale face Melbourne City Youth without Fornaroli. A draw there and a win by Hellas could push us to equal third (depending on other results as well).

Not saying ur not right mind you for the most part in what u said but turning a blind eye yet again isnt the answer either..they can all go fck themselves 'good or bad' blockheads is irrelevant and we should be protecting our interests at the very least! Preston chose to allow it, they should feel the consequences of it, otherwise lets not complain when it progressively escalates, and we all know it will bc it has clearly shown thst trejectory!

Its our interest to give their members and only their members a small.amount of away tickets.. its also in our interest to make sure each ticket is id sold and seated spresd out, its further in our interest at first call of the vulgar chants to warn and at second to stop the game and eject them if need be..that game didnt sound like our home game to me, if it did to uou i was somehwere else....pain brings change for the better not turning the other cheek so both get slapped imo

Don't involve me with that bunch. I don't cause trouble. Whenever i come to your ground, i actually buy your crappy souvlakis. I respect your ground and players, i never graffiti the place or yell out stupid shit to any of your players or fans. It's not hard to act like a decent human and show respect to the opposition.

Open your eyes and realise how disgusting the behaviour of the preston boys was to all Greeks who love football, regardless who they support.

You think were trying to make this a big deal because were trying to hurt your precious clubs image, no thats not the case. You think like that because you're nothing more then a immature man child stuck in a boys will be boys mentality and all you can really do is throw immature comments at me.
 
2 things here.

1) Make no mistake Preston have made fools out of us the past couple of years, we simply cannot be friends with that club because we are idealogically different in every way, we are historically a pure football club, or at least as pure as an ethnic club can be, they on the other hand have a level of fanaticism that makes them impossible to work with, even for the "good of the game". Saturday was a result of us letting them get away with everything the past 24 months. We all came on here after the game in April and complained about the stuff they were chanting at us when our supporters dont go near that stuff. As far as im concerned the club sold us down the river when they gave them Bonada. At least the charade will finally end now after what happened on the weekend, they are not our friends!

2) Our community, we are not to be your vehicle to live out your political/ethnic fantasies. Every Greek community organisation and the majority of local Greek clubs have abandoned us and take the piss out of us as much as what Preston does. Whilst ideally we would all be friends and work together. I simply cant buy a club like Oakleigh for eg being good with us, a lot of the stuff Greeks are posting on social media is just as embarassing as what the other mob are. Dont pretend you have our backs now, its too little too late. 80% of the Greek community didnt even know we were playing Preston on Saturday...in a perfect world it would have remained that wsy.

On your second point, this isn't about clubs like oakleigh being good with you guys. I'm just saying it how i see it, they came to your ground, burnt your flag, our flag, mocked your women, our women and provoked you and taunted you with their childish anti greek chants.

We're not going to be the best of friends all of a sudden, it's just that ive seen your fans be nothing but nice and respectful, i dont believe you have done anything to provoke them? You let them come to your home ground and they couldn't show you the proper respect, just like they couldn't show us the proper respect.

Going forward we would just like these trouble makers preston boys banned from games. I don't like seeing my clubs home ground graffitied and you don't like immature banners flown up at your home ground.

Yes we have your backs now in this situation, because we can relate and sympathise, like i said, your fans and club didn't deserve this. Yes we obviously still don't like each other, but i can put aside my disliking because i don't like seeing this shit in the game, the sooner we stamp it out, the better.
 
And just like that everyone will now be talking about the comeback in cup against Jets and Saturday's incidents get over shadowed. I was hoping Jets would smash them but not to be. To think Bonada scored 2 for them as well.
